Which devices does Mindverse support?

Mindverse is available for Android, iPhone, and Mac. The interface and on-device intelligence adapt to each platform, while your notes remain the same portable files.

Do I need a Mindverse account?

No. Mindverse has no account system and no backend that stores your notes. Google sign-in is used only if you choose to enable Google Drive sync.

How does Google Drive sync work?

Google Drive sync is included. Mindverse syncs notes, photos, and voice recordings through your own Google Drive so the same library stays available on Android, iPhone, and Mac. Your files do not pass through Mindverse servers.

Can I open my notes outside Mindverse?

Yes. Every note is a plain Markdown file. You can open those files in Obsidian, VS Code, or any text editor and keep a readable backup without Mindverse.

What does on-device AI mean in Mindverse?

Mindverse can use on-device AI where the device and operating system support it. You can also configure an optional compatible cloud provider; relevant content is then sent directly to that provider under its pricing and data terms. Mindverse does not charge per request or per token for on-device AI.

Does Mindverse work offline?

Writing, browsing, search, and supported on-device AI can work without an internet connection. Google Drive sync and importing content from websites or YouTube require a connection.

Is voice transcription available on every platform?

Automatic voice transcription is currently available on Android through WhisperKit. Voice recordings can be kept with notes on other supported platforms, but automatic transcription is not currently available on iPhone or Mac.

Is Mindverse free?

Mindverse's current features are free, including on-device AI, Skills, Google Drive sync, and portable Markdown files. Mindverse does not charge per request or per token for on-device AI. If you configure an optional cloud provider, that provider's own pricing and data terms apply. No paid Mindverse plan or price is currently being advertised.

How can I get help?

Email support@mindverseapp.com and include the device and operating-system version you are using.
