Who we are

Mindverse is an independent notes application. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@mindverseapp.com.

Data we collect

Mindverse does not operate a backend that collects your notes, recordings, photos, AI outputs, or personal profile. The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

• Notes and metadata are stored on your device as Markdown files.
• Photos and voice recordings are stored on your device alongside your notes.
• Search indexes and app preferences remain local to the app.
• Files you choose to sync are stored in your own Google Drive account.

On-device AI

Current built-in AI features process note content privately using the capabilities available on your device. Compatible Android phones use Gemini Nano for AI features, WhisperKit for voice transcription, and ML Kit for text recognition and image labeling. iPhone and Mac use Apple Intelligence where available. Mindverse does not receive your note content for AI processing.

If a future Pro feature offers optional cloud-model support, its data use, provider, and controls will be disclosed before you enable it, and this policy will be updated before that feature launches.

Google Drive sync

Google Drive sync is optional and uses Google's official authorization flow. When enabled, Mindverse reads and writes notes and related media in your own Google Drive account so your devices can stay in sync. Your files do not pass through Mindverse servers, and Mindverse does not receive your Google credentials.

You can disable sync or revoke Mindverse access from your Google account at any time. Disabling sync does not delete files already stored in your Drive.

App Store and Google Play

Apple and Google may process purchase, download, crash, or device information under their own policies when you obtain or use Mindverse through their stores. Mindverse may see aggregate, non-identifying download and performance information supplied by those platforms.

Children's privacy

Mindverse does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because Mindverse has no account system or note-storage backend, personal note content is not submitted to Mindverse.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as Mindverse develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date before they take effect.
