The short version: Mindverse has no backend and collects no personal data. Your notes are stored exclusively on your device and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive account. No data is ever sent to Mindverse or any third-party analytics service.

01

Who we are

Mindverse is an independent app. You can reach us at support@mindverseapp.com.

References to “Mindverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to the developer of the Mindverse app.

02

Data we collect

We collect nothing. Mindverse operates without a backend server, user accounts, or any telemetry pipeline. The following table describes what stays where:

Data type Where it lives Accessible to Mindverse?
Notes, text, Markdown files Your device (app private storage) ✓ Never
Voice recordings & transcriptions Your device (app private storage) ✓ Never
Photos & images Your device (app private storage) ✓ Never
AI-generated tags & summaries Your device (app private storage) ✓ Never
Google Drive backup files Your personal Google Drive ✓ Never
Crash reports / analytics Not collected ✓ Never

We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services. There is no way for us to see your notes, usage patterns, or device identifiers.

03

On-device AI processing

All AI features in Mindverse run entirely on your device:

Your note content is never sent to an external AI service, including any Mindverse-operated service, because no such service exists.

04

Google Drive sync

If you choose to enable sync, Mindverse connects directly to your own Google Drive account using Google’s official OAuth 2.0 flow. Mindverse requests only the permission needed to read and write files within its own mindverse/ folder in your Drive.

05

App Store & Play Store

Downloading Mindverse through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies. We do not receive any personal information from these stores beyond aggregate, anonymized download counts provided by their developer dashboards.

06

Children’s privacy

Mindverse does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected, the app does not present a privacy risk to children. If you have questions, contact us at support@mindverseapp.com.

07

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Because we collect no contact information, we cannot notify you by email — please check this page periodically if you want to stay informed.

Mindverse’s core commitment — no backend, no data collection, everything on your device — will not change without a prominent notice inside the app itself.
